      For our customized bags and backpacks, the minimum order quantity is 300. For our customized accessories, the MOQ is 500. This quantity may differ between products.

    • Do you offer samples? How can I get your samples?

      We can manufacture customized samples for you to inspect or send you our existing samples, both at your own expanses. The sample fare will be deducted from the total fees when you make a bulk order.

    • How long does it take to produce a custom waterproof backpack order?

      Production time typically ranges from 30 to 60 days, depending on the complexity of the design and the order quantity. We will provide a more accurate timeline when you place your order.
